Ragstore Return Policy
At Ragstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exclusions: Customized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item

Request a Return: Email our customer service team at ragsales@reliance-clothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the return form provided.

Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Amount: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Process: If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend contacting customer service to ensure the item is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
